Scope of Work: Provided a 30/60/90 day implementation strategy with the program manager to define a better agile/scrum workflow through their JIRA systems to reflect a more streamlined process to prep for the merging acquisition of CBS.

• Responsible for adding the new staff workflows, role permissions & data migration plan for the technology program including creating the product team pods to split up the department & resource workflows for website & mobile app DevOps, streaming channel & regular channel program DevOps, & digital marketing/advertising DevOps.

• Managed the transition of internal process improvements based on the 30/60/90 day plan and helped troubleshoot any process changes that needed to be included based on the nature of the merger.

Systems Used:  JIRA, Confluence, Monday PM Software, Oracle, Eloqua, Workday.
