Advanced technical documentation has been Alex’s most recent forte, with the rapid growth of the SaaS delivery model.  Alex has built and populated online knowledge bases for many clients and has worked with C-level management to collect and identify key features for implementation in SaaS offerings.

His strength and experience lies in outstanding interpersonal and written communications, project management, team communication and coordination, staff hiring & training, high-level customer service and success. Alex studied computer science at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, and has some experience with C++, PHP, HTML, CSS, and MySQL; he also has extensive experience with automation and scripting in AutoIT, and setting up and administering web servers in AWS, Azure, cPanel and WHM. Alex’s greatest programming achievement was the (independent, unpaid) development and implementation of an optical character recognition algorithm using ACTools, more than 10 years ago.

He is highly proficient at acquiring new knowledge and skills to meet the changing demands of whatever role in which he serves. He is also salesforce certified.

Angela has been working in the FinTech industry as a systems engineer for various fortune 500 companies since the late 1990's.

Jay is no stranger to projects with 500k+ users and deploying them onto iOS/Android app built with React Native and Redux. She has strong product design experience. She is a systems administrator for AWS, Heroku, VMware. Advanced in Javascript, Node, Express, Loopback, React, ReactNative, Redux, Redis, SQL, Mongo, UX and UI design.
