Client Status Calls Status calls are held to discuss the following key project status's: 1) What assigned tasks we accomplished the day before 2) What assigned tasks we plan to accomplish today 3) Any blockers preventing us from completing a task 4) Any requirements, deliverables or other information needed From Client in order to complete task. 5) Any major impacts to the projects along with a few possible solution strategies in order to mitigate risk of overall project completion on time & within the Client's budget 6) Where we are with the budget and how much we have used up so far
