Service Description

Scrum Status Calls Status calls are held to discuss the following key project status's by resource: 1) What assigned tasks were accomplished the day before 2) What assigned tasks planned to accomplish for today 3) Any blockers preventing the resource from completing a task 4) Any requirements, deliverables or other information needed From Client in order to complete task 5) Any major impacts to the projects along with a few possible solution strategies in order to mitigate risk of overall project completion on time & within the Client's budget
